If you get to Cherry Road–stop!!! The BOX HILL tram (#91) comes direct from Collins Street MELBOURNE and stops almost at our door. A visit to our store not only gives us the opportunity to meet you and get to know your needs, but in many cases it sets up a mutually beneficial long term relationship with benefits which reward both parties well.     Frank Newstead MAITD — Proprietor   Frank started the business with a virtually empty shop in 1986 with his wife Meralyne. The business was initially called Salesmasters Onestop Training Centre (Vic) but was subsequently changed to the current trading name. An industrial chemist by training, he spent 24 years in sales and marketing with the international chemical company Monsanto. Interested in training, self improvement and management–in fact all areas relating to business and people skills. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development.     Roberta Guardiani   Roberta joined us mid-April, 2008. She brings to us the woman's touch and a friendly, caring personality and a helpful, positive attitude. Roberta is currently working Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. She has picked up the systems and products very quickly. As well as a nice personality she has good computer skills and a conscientious attitude in helping people. You will find her a great asset in your dealings with us.     Tracey Watts Dip T, B Ed   Tracey works in the shop on Saturdays and is a primary school teacher during the week. She has been associated with the bookshop for over 10 years. After completing her teaching degree she worked in retail sales and then in store management with a retail footwear chain. She is a keen reader, has good computer skills, loves helping people, and has a good working knowledge of our products.        Special Dedication   This Website is dedicated to the memory of Meralyne Laurel Newstead 7/1/1940 – 18/8/1998 co-founder and director of Success Centre who devoted twelve years of her life to help build the business into what it is today, and supported her husband in his wild idea of developing a retail training resource centre from a virtually empty shop, and with absolutely no experience in the book trade.
